What a month February has been! Usually, I get to celebrate all month long with some of my favorite color combos: RED and PINK !! Then I celebrate my Birthday just a few days after VALENTINES...but, God had another plan this year, the holidays just flew by and seemed so insignificant compared to taking care of my mom in the hospital and my son who has had the stomach virus and the flu now! I thankfully just got the stomach virus and am taking Tamiflu to reduce the risk of catching the flu!!! Now it is almost the end of February and I just wanted to send out a special thanks to Kecia (www.lemoncholys.blogspot.com ) and to Rosalyn Sue (www.littlebluebirddiaries.typepad.com ) who made my month so much sweeter even with all the chaos!!! I received Valentines goodies from each of them and what a treat it was!!! Thank you girls! Today I will post pics of one group of goodies and tomorrow the other...want to make the fun last and last!!! 
Rosalyn Sue sent some fun little faux confections, handmade notecards, fun paper cupcake liners and a little set of shakers filled with sugary sparkles and hearts! She also sent the sweetest little ice cream cone cupcake toppers , some red and white twine and some yummy candies that I can't show you because I ate them all! Stress does that to me...all sweet treats are gone and I won't even begin to tell you how many I have eaten. Why does sugar make us feel so much better when we are tired and stressed??? Wish I knew and them I would not be looking at an empty Celebrity Bakery box on my desk right now!! Those pink thumbprint cookies are better than Valium for me!!! Thank you Rosalyn Sue for bringing cheer to my day and treats to my mailbox!!!! Thank you to everyone that has emailed their thoughts and prayer for my mom! She is doing better everyday and I have not seen her look so rested and refreshed in many years!!! Yesterday she looked so chic in her zebra trimmed black velour sport set with her face filled with color and her eyes just sparkling!!! An answer to prayer that she is progressing, God is so good!!! I spent last night driving home from the hospital just thanking him for all he has done for us!!! My heart is filled with gratitude...answered prayers, sweet friends, patient clients,blog buddies with lots of well wishes and treats!!! Thank you-Thank you, my cup runneth over!!! post by -Sandra 
Thanks so much for adding me to your favorite list. I love your Art Chix blog and I've been enjoying your work on your own blogs as well. Isn't it always fun to look into other's studios? I always marvel at the level of creativity out there.
